Massimo’s is a love story for the highest quality and mastery of Italian cuisine. A new project born from the desire to promote our territory, the quality of raw materials and flavours that distinguish Italian cuisine in the world. We use traditional methods for the preparation of pasta. Using a Monferrina pasta machine, we create the most varied shapes of pasta, which are then placed on a Carrara marble slab.
